CPL (H) + ATPL-IR INTEGRATED COURSE (THEORY)

The Integrated CPL(H) + ATPL-IR Theoretical course aims at obtaining a Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CPL(H)) with frozen ATPL and the theoretical training corresponding to the Instrument Rating (IR).

This combination allows the pilot, once the required experience has been acquired, to act as a commander in multi-crew operations and already have the theoretical instrument flight training, with only the practical phase pending when the student decides to complete it.

The program combines theoretical and practical training at Sabadell Airport, with its own state-of-the-art Cabri Guimbal G2 fleet, and includes sessions on the FNPT II EC-135 simulator, aimed at optimizing safety and mastering advanced and emergency procedures.

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or pass the academic placement tests administered by the school.
  • Hold a valid Class I medical certificate.

750 hours of classroom classroom instruction in our classrooms at Sabadell Airport.

110 hours of flight time in Cabri G2 helicopter.
25 hours in H-135 FNPT II simulator.

The course lasts approximately 15 months, depending on the session schedule and the student’s commitment.

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the corresponding exams, the student will obtain:
