MODULAR ATPL(H) COURSE

The Modular ATPL(H) Course allows students to complete comprehensive training toward the ATPL level in a flexible, phased manner, progressing through modules based on their availability and career stage.

The training is structured in four modular steps:

  • PPL(H)
  • Online theoretical ATPL
  • Time Building (155 hours)
  • CPL(H)

The program is designed so that, once the student has obtained the PPL(H), they can simultaneously take the online ATPL theory course and complete the Time Building program, and subsequently earn the CPL(H). The PPL(H) is always a key step, whether it is completed at Coptering or was previously obtained at another school.

Flight training takes place at Sabadell Airport using new Cabri G2 helicopters, featuring state-of-the-art design and technology aimed at maximizing learning and safety.

The program also includes the use of the Coptering simulator, an H-135 FNPT II, which is suitable for training and ideal for practicing emergency procedures.

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a high school diploma or, failing that, pass the school’s academic proficiency tests.
  • Hold a valid Class I medical certificate.
  • Hold a PPL(H) license or have previously enrolled in the course at our school.

650 hours of theoretical training.

Approximately 115 flight hours, since the regulations require 155 hours flown as pilot in command to be able to access the flight part of the ATPL course.

The duration of the ATPL(H) Modular program will depend on the applicant’s availability and schedule, as it is a modular training program.

  • CPL in license.
  • Theoretical ATPL frozen.
  • Theoretical IR.
